The crisis affects us all, regardless of our field of work.

We offer consulting in project writing in Romanian, English and French, for the organisations that have project ideas but do not know how lay them out on paper.

We put our skills at the disposal of managers, civic groups, local and regional leaders who have found solutions for their communities and organisations, and want to create a theory of change and project proposal to access funding to implement their ideas.

We have experience in fundraising for non-profit organisations and have collaborated with businesses and local authorities. The most recent example is the writing of a project focused on helping Transylvanian businesses overcome the difficulties of the crisis through a business educational program oriented towards strategic vision, team management and business model transformation.
